If you're an aspiring artist who is all down with the kids when it comes to technology and gadgets - we are about to blow your mind! Or rather, PenGo's creative toys for the iPad will blow your mind.
If you fancy yourself a bit of an illustrator, painter, or even if you just like to doodle, the PenGo's app "PenGo Paint" is a simple and "intuitive" app that lets you paint and draw using their special TouchPen and BrushPen tools. Apparently the app has a wide number of brushes for you to use, and when using the PenBrush, the app is responsive to "natural brush dynamics", so it will look as though you've used an actually paint brush to complete your work of art.
NotCot have written an intriguing review of the PenGo products, and while the PenGo app is comparable to that of a Wacom Bamboo, there isn't a real risk of people ditching their Bamboos for the PenGo app. Using the PenGo app means that you create paintings and illustrations on the go, with only your iPad and a TouchPen or BrushPen. However, Wacom make incredible both professional and consumer products that are better for when you're sitting at your main computer, and need to do a bit of work.

While PenGo's gadgets and app seem fab, their website leaves a lot of questions unanswered. For example, the PenGo Paint App is avaible on iTunes, and although the PenGo TouchPen is apparently compatible with the Samsung Galaxy Tablet, we're unsure which software or app it's compatible with. Perhaps just as a stylus? The BrushPen also looks like a great tool, but it doesn't have a link to Amazon like the TouchPen. Does this mean it's unavailable?
Regardless, the PenGo Paint App and the TouchPen are both available for purchase for you iPad-owning artists.
