Swin Flue Goes Viral (You Know, Online...)

By Charlotta Hedman

Everywhere you look there's swine flu.

People having it, people being paranoid about it and people making videos about it and uploading them on Youtube. From the ridiculous (Egyptian swine flu schlagers anyone?) to the hilarious, viral swine flu wont at least make you sneeze.

It's easy to get paranoid when everyone around you is talking about swine flu. When you overhear conversations on the bus between people who work in a pharmacies talking about how scared they are, when you see people wearing face masks on the street, when your mother phones you up every day and offers to send you tamiflu... yeah, lets just stop there and watch some funny videos instead.

The awesomness that is the Streets, or rather Mike Skinner, has made a zombie tribute to swine flu. The video is apparently not suitable for people under 18 as it contains gore, although not like that's stopped the under-aged before. Should come with a disclaimer though, the video is contagious and will make you sing along to the chorus ”he's behind you, he's got swine flu, oooo...” for a couple of days.

Youtube sensation iJustine has her own take on the swine flu hysteria and goes swine busting. Cute, not scary.

The weirdest of the bunch. Apparently swine flu is huge in Egypt, so huge that they make songs about it. Why don't they ever send people like this to the Eurovision Song Contest? I mean, you've got a middle aged man in badly miss-matched clothing singing about swine flu, how could that not be a hit!? This song will definitely be even funnier if you have a fever. Enjoy.
