Whenever anyone asks me why I think that there are so few women at major tech events, like Le Web, I always try to make a big point of mentioning that "men are not the problem".

Well, folks. While Le Web has nearly been over for a week, I'm just now getting to my round-up report of what went down. This is due to many things, like the WiFi and Ethernet connection being down most (if not all) of day two, and the fact that I seem to have caught the plague at the end of day one.

From what I can tell so far about LeWeb, is that there are a lot of pissed off bloggers and journalists of with the lack of leWiFi. I was lucky enough to nab a table with an ethernet cable, but am thinking I’ll need to pee around my desk when/if I go grab some food as I just may lose it.

Here at BitchBuzz HQ, we're not afraid to admit that we're addicted to twitter. But it seems like with twitter, you either get what its for or you don't, and for those who don't, it's almost impossible to explain the fascination. A new service recently launched for twitter: tweetlet, a way to get direct messages sent to you on twitter from your unborn baby. One of the new start-ups on my radar recently has been Touchnote, an online print company that is set to do for greetings cards what Moo did for its business equivalent. The company launched back in November, and I really should have given it due attention sooner - but a recently introduced charity Christmas initiative has turned my head again.
