I am extremely excited as I am currently in Paris, covering the fantastic LeWeb
conference for BitchBuzz Tech. Over the next two days I will be
covering all of the fantastic goings on at what is probably the
geekiest location in Paris, and will be trying to capture as much video
as possible. (Which we will then, of course, ,be putting up on Seesmic.)

It's no secret that the good ladies here at BitchBuzz love the Huffington Post. So, when you combine Arianna Huffington and The Daily Show with Jon Stewart talking about blogging, you can pretty much guarantee that we're going to like it.

Last Friday saw the completion of Vodafone's ‘LiveGuy’ campaign, which was created to promote the company’s partnership with Dell. The tie-up meant that Dell’s Inspiron Mini 9 netbook – the first of its kind to provide embedded mobile broadband - would be exclusively available from Vodafone...

A couple weeks ago we had the pleasure of attending the London Bloggers Meetup, and had the fabulous opportunity to pick the brains of a few lovely London Bloggers. (And a couple of ex pat American Bloggers!)
If you have yet to make it down to one of the London Bloggers Meetups - it's a good time. It's not a schmoozy London media event, it really is just filled with people who are both professional bloggers, as well as people w...

The intangible MC Hammer has taken Twitter by storm. With over 11,000 followers and just over 1,000 tweets, you could say he's pretty popular. (Maybe not Stephen Fry popular, but still, popular.) When Mr Hammer starting following our BitchBuzz Twitter feed yesterday, we felt inclined to follow him back. Especially considering

When you go to the un-cookied landing page for recently launched Workstir the first impression you are likely to have is that the startup looks on the surface to be Monster meets Craigslist meets Yelp . In fact, that is a pretty accurate way to describe this offering from one of the co-founders of Ping.fm and a "college student from a small Oklahoma town" that launched into privat...

I’ve developed a love affair with the far reaching juju of Internet technology. And so have a community of activists, feminists, speakers and writers. Enter the “cyber-quilters.” The Cyber-Quilting Experiment grew from an effort to bring attention to how violence against women of color is very much alive and unwell.

It pains me to have to say this after such a short time together, but I feel that our love affair is already on a rocky road. There may still be hope, but we’re definitely going through some serious issues after an extremely short-lived honeymoon period. To be frank, I expected more from you.
I was overjoyed with the attention and care I received when I came in to see you at your place on Oxford Street. I even told all of my friends about you when you gave...

The folks in the fashion ecommerce world seem to be running out of ideas on how to get people off the high-street, and back on their asses in front of the PC with their credit card details to hand. So, lo and behold, just in time for the Christmas season, they have come with a way for you to have the best of both shopping worlds- all from the comfort of your own home...and laptop.

If you're one of the incredibly lucky ladies to have the ever-exciting Themes tab pop up in your Gmail Settings, you're probably just as excited as the rest of us.
I was lucky enough to have it pop up just over an hour ago, and I'm loving it. They're very similar to the iGoogle themes, but a helluva lot more fun. You can choose from "Default" or "Classic", a pretty good sized selection of colorful yet simple themes, or the more busy, geektastic themes such as my personal favorit...
