Michelle Obama is one cool lady - and now, ever since reading her blog entry over at Blogher, I find her even cooler.
Michelle wrote about her experiences at a national women's conference in Chicago, Illinois in a blog post called "Our Many Hats". In truth, it reads a little like one of Barack's speeches and is mainly a post to explain to "mommybloggers" that, as ...

It’s everywhere.
This US Presidential election – it’s everywhere.
From strolls along San Francisco’s Chrissy Field to to my daily gambol in Alta Plaza Park, debate and discourse on all matters political have trumped discussion about who won top score on last night’s Dancing with the Stars.

Don’t you just love it when you open an email and read something that makes you raise your eyebrows? This happened to me yesterday when my friend Alfie (co-founder of Moblog) sent me some info on a new project he’s running – a kind of quasi guerrilla/viral mobile stunt.

As flippant as it may sound to some, anyone who's spent any particular amount of time in any kind of online community can tell you about a particularly disturbing rite of passage that every community that goes on for long enough seems to go through: the day a user threatens to kill themselves via post.

I’m a big fan of Ping fm. And if you’ve
read any of my posts before, you’ll know I’m an advocate of joined-up thinking
as well.’Therefore, a tool that allows you to simultaneously update multiple networks just makes sense. There are of course, a gazillion applications (that’s an awful lot) that allow you to do this – but the UI is clean, the sign up is pain-free, and it just works. I also love the fact that Ping’s sign up email includes a ‘stalk...

The candidates in this Presidential election are facing challenges that others before them have not faced. It's not the economy, it's not healthcare, it's the war in Iraq. It's the Internet. It's Facebook, MySpace, and YouTube. The world of social networking and online life has played a key part in drawing in the "youth" vote for this election. Earlier today, Barack Obama released an official iPhone application.

I love Mad Men. Besides the fact that the set design is superb, the costumes delicious and the writing wry and smart, I just love the characters. Every single one of them is broken and yet there’s something so utterly engaging about each and every one.
But what I love more than anything else is that some of them are following me on Twitter.

As far as I’ve been able to tell, Adobe’s Creative Suite is pretty much the holy grail for anyone interested in the numerous aspects of graphic and web design. Plus, the price certainly matches that desirability! Adobe has just announced the release of Creative Suite 4 (CS4) and it will be coming out in the next few months, right around the same time as Adobe Max in November. I’m certainly not a developer, but this software looks awesome.
