When I sat down to write this post, I thought about writing about the biggest and best Christmas apps on the market, such as the Jamie Oliver app we talked about yesterday. After all, we are in the season of goodwill and all that jazz, so it seemed seasonably appropriate.

It’s been a big 18 months for Jamie Oliver. He’s won the TED Prize, has had two new children brought in to the world, and now his cookbook Jamie’s 30-Minute Meals, has sold over 735,000 copies in just 10 weeks, making it the fastest selling non-fictoin title of all time.

This is a pretty sweet concept, building on apps like Zombie Escape which in a mix of fitness meets zombies lets you run around the real world chased by location-following zombies on your iPhone.
Despite angry geeks reviewing the red dots indicating zombies as "not zombie-ish enough (sic)" it's a pretty awesome concept - a sort of new geeky accidental fitness game that never really explode...
